Shipping Policy

2025 - IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ORDERS SHIPPING TO USA: Due to the recent changes with importation rules (removal of de mininis allowance and new tariff/import changes by US customs), all orders shipping to USA may be subject to additional customs import delays. Orders may also have duties, taxes, tariffs or customs fees applied at US customs during importation, and are responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped via email. During high-volume periods, such as seasonal sales, sale events and Q4, please allow additional time for processing.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping (2-6 business days) - Flat rate shown at checkout.
FREE shipping (2-10 business days) - Available for orders over $250 within US/Canada.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Please note: When ordering from outside Canada, to an international destination (such as the USA), your order may be subject to customs import delays and duties, taxes, tariffs or customs fees may me applied by customs which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or delayed in transit, please contact us at call or text 519-992-7902 and we’ll assist in tracing or filing a claim or locating your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs delays, incorrect address information, or weather conditions, but we will always help track your shipment and provide updates and assistance regarding delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after checkout, please contact us immediately at 519-992-7902. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. We are not responsible if you contact the shipping carrier and change the delivery address to a different address than the one that was specified on your order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at 519-992-7902 with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Missing Packages

If your package shows “delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
